Elder

John Elder realized he could cook anything when his mom told him, “If you can read, you can cook.”  And, given how much he likes to eat, this became the key to his culinary success.  Heather says that John is a chef, not a cook and thought “Glad You Like It” would be the perfect name for this blog because whenever John receives a compliment for his cooking, that is exactly what he says.

Not surprising, Heather is the opposite of John, and prefers not to follow a recipe.  That’s ok though because no real Italian would share their recipes anyway, at least not before changing that one key ingredient so it could never come out as good!
