I was so excited to discover these absolutely delicious and very simple to make paleo crackers. The possibilities are endless as to what herbs you use – today’s batch is Rosemary, Chive and Maldon Sea Salt. The ‘Treat Tray’ has been missing these crackers.

Asparagus Soup
This is a healthy, delicious and ridiculously easy soup to make. I make a batch and store it in milk containers for quick, healthy lunches. I also sometimes make it with broccoli and according to Gwyneth, you can make it with any vegetable. She adds arugula to the puree process when making with broccoli but I find it makes the soup too bitter.
Just Grilled Vegetables
These grilled vegetables are so simple to make. They compliment any meal or could just be eaten alone. We suggest making extra to have all week. Put them in your salads!
Paleo Blueberry Muffins
These blueberry muffins are delicious. You would never know they were Paleo. Lola loves them!
